“My journey to the space where I am now started in 2006, due to anxiety and depression that I was suffering after a loss of a pregnancy I started to look for something to help me.“.
I did not want to take antidepressants, I had always looked for alternative ways to support my health. My neighbour gave me two crystals, rose quartz and amethyst, and said he would send me distance healing. Not sure what to expect I agreed and was open to receive. It felt so lovely and calming.
This experience ‘sparked’ my interest in crystals and energy healing. After a chance meeting at a holistic far I was drawn to a beautiful lady offering courses to become attuned to Reiki energy, this basically means you can begin to heal yourself. It was an amazing experience, this led me to begin to connect with all things to do with healing, looking at ways to support myself to ‘cope’ with what I had experienced.
Crystals and Reiki really helped me at my lowest.

Fast forward eight years, my Dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and I felt that I wanted to offer Reiki to support him,. I wanted to be able to send him distance healing. I then became attuned to the next level of Reiki giving me the techniques to send distance healing. I would send Reiki healing to him regularly as he was very poorly. I also offered him Reiki as he passed away which I felt was healing his soul as he left his body.
Very quickly I was guided to take my Reiki Master training where I could offer to more people. I was being called to offer these ‘spiritual tools’ to more people. I had no idea where all of this would take me.
In 2013 I set up working part time from home offering Reiki, then crystal healing. In 2014 I found a space in above a hairdressers where I had a room for therapies, a space to sell crystals and another beautiful space which soon became a Meditation space.
I started to offer guided healing meditations using all the tools that I had. Reiki, crystals and my ability to connect with people from all backgrounds, making people feel at ease. I moved out of that space as I needed a bigger space as the need for more meditation session grew.
Then the next part of my journey began.
Then the next part of my journey began. I began offering my therapies and meditation at different venues, which I loved. I was then guided to explore drinking the energies of crystals, I was aware of this, called a crystal elixir, but had not tried it.
I started to experiment and loved how the water changed, I could ‘feel’ the energy in the water. I was then ‘hooked’ on crystal water and needed to find the right bottle to put my crystals in. This was not easy as I had very specific needs. It had to be glass, it had to be portable and I needed to be able to change my crystals over when my energies changed.
After lots of unsuccessful searching myself and my husband took a big step and started to look for a supplier to create the perfect bottle.
This was in 2018 it has been an amazing experience.
I have been very lucky to travel around the country selling our Pure Crystals water bottles at mind, body and spirit events and of course online selling. My therapy side has also taken on a different path where I offer more guided meditation and online courses and I love it. I love to offer people ‘tools’ to support themselves as I know this was a huge process in my healing.
